Harmeet Desai has achieved many national and international achievements in table tennis. He started his journey at an early age, initially encouraged and nurtured by his father. Harmeet has several gold medals in the junior and senior categories and has won several national titles. He has consistently performed well in state competitions and the National Senior Table Tennis Championships. Harmeet represented India in several international competitions and won several major medals. He was part of the gold medal-winning Indian team at the 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games.

He won the gold medal in the men’s sprint event at the 2019 Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships in Odisha, India.
